At its simplest, a Lunch and Learn session is an optional training/educational event scheduled during the lunch hour that touches on topics ranging from skills training, to product training, to professional development. Attendees are encouraged to bring their lunches and eat them during the session. While it is an educational event, the training is less formal and structured than normal.
